Our trips are designed for runners of all levels, from first-time half marathoners to experienced racers. Most of our runners are in their 20s to 40s, but we welcome anyone who’s up for the experience and can comfortably train for a half marathon.
We offer a mix of shared and private room options. You can choose what suits your budget and preference.
We aim to keep shared dorm rooms single-sex wherever possible. However, depending on group sizes and room availability, this isn’t always guaranteed. If you’d prefer more privacy or certainty, private room upgrades are available on most trips. If this is important to you, drop us a comment or send an email after booking and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate.
Absolutely. Everyone runs their own race, whether you’re going for a PB or just aiming to enjoy the experience. There’s no pressure, and we’ll be cheering you on whatever your pace.
If you’re booking together, we’ll do our best to make sure you’re accommodated together (private or shared options depending on your choice).
Yes! Non-runners are very welcome to join and enjoy the trip. We do have a limited number of spectator spots available, so we recommend booking early to secure a place.
A deposit of £49 is required at booking to secure your place.
Yes, we offer flexible interest free payment plans so you can spread the cost of your trip. You’ll typically pay a deposit to secure your spot, then you can choose monthly instalments, or pay the remaining balance due closer to departure.
Most trips include:

Breakfast on two mornings
Uber voucher for getting around
Support from our Stride tour guides throughout the trip
Inclusions can vary slightly depending on the destination, so we recommend checking the specific trip page for the full breakdown of what’s included.
Of course! Our trips are open to runners from all over the world. You’re welcome to join us from wherever you’re based, just make sure you arrange your own travel to and from the destination.
We organise optional social runs, city tours, group meals and local experiences so you can explore and connect with other runners.
We understand that plans can change, but as we secure race entries, accommodation and activities in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 120 days before your trip: Deposit plus 50% of the total experience cost (based on what you’ve paid so far) is non-refundable
60–120 days before your trip: All payments made to date are non-refundable
Less than 60 days before your trip: 100% of the cost is non-refundable
If you can no longer travel, we’ll always do our best to help you move your booking to another trip or transfer your place to someone else, where possible. Please note this is subject to availability and any fees or restrictions from our partners.
The final balance is due 60 days before the trip.
Flights are usually not included, giving you flexibility to travel from your preferred airport.
Yes, race entry is included for runners unless stated otherwise.
In the highly unlikely situation where the race is cancelled by the event organiser, your trip will still go ahead as planned, including accommodation and all other activities.
Race entries are managed by the event organiser, so any refunds or deferrals relating to the race itself will follow their policy. Where possible, we’ll pass on any refund, credit or transfer options they provide.
If you choose not to travel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. However, we’ll always do our best to offer flexible options, such as transferring your booking to another trip, subject to availability.
Yes. While we offer a schedule of activities, there’s always plenty of free time to explore at your own pace.
Yes, all guests are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, and race participation.
You’ll receive a full packing list before your trip, but essentials include your running gear, race kit, and travel documents.
