Frequently Asked Questions

Our trips are designed for runners of all levels, from first-time half marathoners to experienced racers. Most of our runners are in their 20s to 40s, but we welcome anyone who’s up for the experience and can comfortably train for a half marathon.

We offer a mix of shared and private room options. You can choose what suits your budget and preference.

We aim to keep shared dorm rooms single-sex wherever possible. However, depending on group sizes and room availability, this isn’t always guaranteed. If you’d prefer more privacy or certainty, private room upgrades are available on most trips.  If this is important to you, drop us a comment or send an email after booking and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate.

Absolutely. Everyone runs their own race, whether you’re going for a PB or just aiming to enjoy the experience. There’s no pressure, and we’ll be cheering you on whatever your pace.

If you’re booking together, we’ll do our best to make sure you’re accommodated together (private or shared options depending on your choice).

In the highly unlikely situation where the race is cancelled by the event organiser, your trip will still go ahead as planned, including accommodation and all other activities. Race entries are managed by the event organiser, so any refunds or deferrals relating to the race itself will follow their policy. Where possible, we’ll pass on any refund, credit or transfer options they provide. If you choose not to travel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. However, we’ll always do our best to offer flexible options, such as transferring your booking to another trip, subject to availability.
